This page presents you with a number of options relating to logging in:

• Sign in (with your User ID and Password)
• Forgotten Password?: select this option if you have previously registered with Computershare Voucher Services but cannot remember your password. You will be presented with the security questions that you selected at the time of registration; answer these correctly to receive a temporary password and gain access your account. If you still cannot gain access, please contact us
• Register now: select this option if you have not previously registered with Computershare Voucher Services and wish to begin using online services
• Look up your ID: if you have previously used the Busy Bees Childcare Vouchers website, you will have a new user ID on the Computershare Voucher Services website. Select whether you are looking up a Parent or Carer account, enter your old user ID and click ‘Search’. You should now be taken back to the login page, and your new ID will be entered in the User ID box; please note this for future reference.
