Carer menu

This is the main menu page for carers registered with Computershare Voucher Services. From here you have a number of options:

• Redeem paper vouchers – redeem paper vouchers that you have been given by a parent
• Payment enquiry – check on payments that have been made to your bank account
• Transaction history – look at the details for payments made and due to you
• Remittance advice breakdown – see the vouchers and payments you have redeemed and received
• Amend my government registration details – view and amend your official details (pertaining to your registration as a Carer)
• Amend bank details – view and amend your bank account details
• Amend my details – view and amend your personal details (name, address, telephone number etc.)
• My security details – view and amend your security details (the information you would provide in the event of forgetting your password)

These options are also available from the top menus at any time when you are using the site.
